Delete an Incorrect or Duplicate Entry on Windows 7 Boot Menu
Open a command prompt with Administrator privileges as shown below.
In command prompt type bcdedit. List of boot menu entries will appear.
Then mark the identifier of operating system that you want to remove. In our case it is the middle one.
Type bcdedit /delete paste the identifier as shown below.
